Located in Macaé, the Service Delivery Coordinator - Customer Contract Management is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating project activities related to tooling management, aiming to meet the well schedule plan while adhering to financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As the Service Delivery Coordinator - Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for:

  • All activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of contract management, including scope, time, cost, field operations & quality management.
  • Contributes to the development of an operational year plan.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate scope required and schedule for outages.
  • Work together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning activities, and explaining technical issues.
  • Handles standardized project processes and works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Cost control and on-time delivery.
  • Training, supervising, and managing employees’ activities following Baker Hughes practices.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Services Project Management.
  • Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
