Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules.

Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.

Architect and implement REST / SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.

Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices .

Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions .

Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.

Requirements

Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.

5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience , with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)

Strong scripting and automation skills ( Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer )

Experience with integrations, REST / SOAP, ERP systems, and AI‑driven workflows

Proven client‑facing experience , able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders

Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to operate in fast‑paced, high‑impact projects

Nice to Have

Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF

Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑HR, CIS‑ITOM, etc.)

Previous experience delivering solutions to US‑based enterprise clients
