What You’ll Do
  • Sell wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services to Mandarin-speaking customers in the U.S.
  • Conduct consultations via WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone
  • Manage leads generated through our ad campaigns and landing pages
  • Guide clients through the sales process and assist with onboarding
  • Collaborate with our U.S. operations and remote teams
  • Provide feedback to help us improve outreach and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in telecom, tech, insurance, or international services
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in closing high-ticket or recurring‑sales deals
  • Strong communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and performance‑driven
