What you’ll do

• Drive overall business expansion across the Brazil region, setting strategies and delivering measurable growth.
• Oversee business development, marketing, and operations with a deep understanding of growth levers to boost user acquisition and trading activity.
• Operate as a true business owner—design new initiatives to elevate operational excellence, refine the local business model, and execute plans end-to-end.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team, determining hiring needs and shaping the long-term market strategy.
• Manage budgeting, P&L performance, and financial goals to meet user and trading volume targets.
• Lead major local marketing efforts, including partnership development and the execution of key events.
• Serve as the company’s representative at local events, in media engagements, and in communications with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in a comparable leadership role.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A strong passion for the cryptocurrency space.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
