Role Summary
Served as a senior-level Executive Assistant working alongside the co-founders, acting as a strategic execution partner responsible for leadership accountability, project management, executive operations, and high‑level outreach coordination across a fast‑scaling AI healthcare platform.
Operated as a force multiplier for leadership, ensuring priorities were executed, commitments were tracked, and cross‑functional initiatives moved forward with clarity and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Accountability & Execution
- Partnered directly with co‑founders to track strategic priorities, decisions, and commitments
- Maintained accountability across leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Proactively identified risks, blockers, and execution gaps
- Ensured follow‑through on all high‑level initiatives
Project Management & Systems
- Owned centralized project management across multiple initiatives and workstreams
- Built and managed Monday.com at an advanced level, including dashboards, automations, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting
- Translated high‑level strategy into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines
- Delivered concise executive updates and progress reports
Executive Operations
- Managed complex calendars and priorities across multiple co‑founders and time zones
- Prepared leadership for meetings with briefs, agendas, and context
- Captured action items and ensured post‑meeting execution
- Protected leadership time by filtering low‑value meetings and distractions
Outreach & Relationship Management
- Coordinated outreach to investors, partners, advisors, and senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Profile

- Advanced, hands‑on experience with Monday.com as an operating system
Strong project management and systems‑thinking capabilities
- Background in startups, healthcare, venture‑backed companies, consulting, or high‑growth environments
