A growing energy focused startup in Brazil is seeking an Integration Developer to build and maintain data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and SQL skills, comfortable with ETL concepts and data integrations. This role offers real ownership over critical systems and a chance to influence technical direction within the company.
We’re a rapidly growing energy focused startup specialising in ingesting, transforming, and delivering data from a wide range of third‑party systems. Our platform integrates data via APIs, FTP, and other sources, processes it through our ETL pipelines before being made available to our customers.
As we scale, we’re investing heavily in our data platform, with the aim of improving reliability, onboarding speed, and visibility. We’re looking for an Integration Developer to help us take this to the next level.
You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our data integrations and pipelines. You’ll work closely with existing engineers to extend our ETL framework, onboard new data sources, and develop internal tools that make our data easier to understand, trust, and scale.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving messy, real‑world problems, is comfortable working at pace, and wants to grow into a senior engineer as the company grows.
Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting data from third‑party systems.
Develop and extend Airflow DAGs to extract, transform, and load data.
Improve data traceability and observability.
Design and build internal tools, frameworks, or utilities to improve data onboarding and visibility.
Debug incomplete or poorly documented data problems independently.
Propose and evaluate new tools, technologies, and approaches where they make sense.
Balance delivery speed with long‑term maintainability.
Collaborate closely with the wider team to continuously improve how we work.
