Position: BI Analyst – AI Team

We are looking for a mid‑senior level BI Analyst to support our fast‑moving AI team building an intelligent assistant for medical professionals. The role focuses on producing global reports, supporting business decisions, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the business by identifying opportunities and facilitating data‑driven decisions; act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders during end‑to‑end BI projects.
  • Use and develop a global database.
  • Create, automate, and visualize reports for both top management and local teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience).
  • Develop prediction/classification models using Python/R when independent in the role.
  • Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow.
Qualifications
  • Strong business perspective and ability to examine technical details from a business lens.
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights (must have).
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling using Looker or Tableau (Tableau and Superset are used).
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and executing end‑to‑end BI projects.
  • Experience using GitHub.
  • Very good level of business English.
Bonus Skills
  • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
  • Open to cooperating with many people from many teams in different countries.
  • Experience using Airflow and dbt.
  • Careful, diligent and detail‑oriented.
