Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you will design and implement robust services for SAP cloud applications using modern frameworks and SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities

• Build backend services with Node.js.
• Develop extensions using CAP and integrate with SAP S/4HANA.
• Optimize performance and ensure security in cloud development.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Node.js.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, HANA Cloud, OData.
• Familiarity with API and generative AI.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Tools & Technologies

• Git and build automation.
• SAP Business Application Studio or VS Code.
• Postman (or equivalent) for API validation.
• Jira – Nice to Have.
• Experience with SAP GenAI Hub.
• Experience with CAP.

Additional Information

Recruiting bilingual SAP Backend Developer for a 6+ hybrid project in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week

Language Requirement: English level B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher is required

Candidates must be based in Brazil and willing to work onsite 3 days per week in São Leopoldo. No travel expenses will be paid. Selected candidates will be working from Brazil but supporting EMEA time zone (European Client).
