A leading consulting company is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM) for a remote position. The role involves managing SAP Basis activities, upgrades, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP solutions and exceptional communication abilities. This is a long-term contract for 12 months, starting ASAP.

Qualificações

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT Service Management and SAP Basis activities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform SAP Basis activities and manage upgrades and operations for cloud customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to drive solutions.
  • Provide customer support and escalation handling.

SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM) . Details as follow :

Role :

SAP Basis Consultant (dCEM) Location : 100% Remote Start : ASAP Duration : 12 months contract Capacity :

5 days / week Language : English

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S / 4HANA or any other cloud solution. Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution

Soft Skills Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building / Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision making Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while proactively working with internal teams towards arriving at a resolution Experience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals Proficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are a plus / on top. E.g. Asian (Chinese, Korean and Japanese), European (German, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian) languages.
