About the Role

Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge in OmniStudio to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet client needs, utilizing OmniStudio tools to create dynamic, customer-centric applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to build dynamic, customer-centric applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
• Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Create detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits.
• Work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the collective expertise and professional development of colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, Omni Studio updates, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that all development work complies with company policies, industry standards, and Salesforce security guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of total Salesforce development experience (CRM, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, etc.) with strong experience in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Controllers & Triggers, Web Services, Flows.
• 2+ years of Experience Cloud or B2B Commerce development is a plus.
• Expert in understanding the Salesforce data model and how to extend it with custom objects.
• Expert in integrating Salesforce with external applications through REST, SOAP, XML, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), or native APIs.
• Experience implementing and integrating Salesforce app exchange products.
• Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
• Effective communication skills to gather requirements, deliver design requirements, and update teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, CMS, and other Salesforce Clouds.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator/Developer I/II certifications.
• Experience implementing common eCommerce integrations such as payment, tax, inventory, shipping methods, address validation, order status, etc.
