In this position, you will analyze key indicators, perform regular audits, and present clear, evidence-based reports.

Develop a deep understanding of the definitions and calculations for all key indicators.

Execute regular quality inspections and audits for various processes based on predefined metrics and quality standards, providing clear, evidence-based explanations and supporting documentation for potential error cases.

Compile brief quality reports that include calculated metric results and key findings.

Initiate and lead discussions with team members to present quality findings, justify assessments, and ensure full alignment on results.

Frequently review the resolved on-call tickets to identify problematic cases, conduct root cause analysis, and complete formal documentation on incident platforms to close the loop.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.

Capability to detect inconsistencies and errors that may be overlooked by others.

Demonstrates persistence in comprehending the 'why' behind problems, not merely identifying them.

Sense of ownership to assume full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of delivered work and reports.

Competence to communicate findings effectively and establish consensus among teams.

High written, oral and listening comprehension proficiency in English is required for daily communication with global teams, report writing, and system use.
