Responsibilities

• Ensure that clients' needs are met.
• Manage the project process, including controlling schedules, budgets and deliveries.
• Ensuring the quality of deliveries, following client goals and Jellyfish standards.
• Combine practical execution and daily leadership.
• Communicate with company partners on project teams in the service of daily delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA).
• Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of project management.
• Experience using task, time and resource management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar).
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in delivering digital projects in an advertising agency.
• Ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Experience creating scopes, schedules, budgets, managing deliverables and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to adapt to new processes or directions.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of the broader marketing mix.
• An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment.
