About the Role

We’re looking for a Virtual Wellness Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Sofia Prime program. In this role, you’ll help with day-to-day operations, communicate with instructors, support clients, ensure a seamless experience for both sides of the platform, and help expand participation and engagement across the platform.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone passionate about wellness, tech-enabled solutions, and community building.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules
  • Communicate with wellness instructors to confirm availability, gather class details, and ensure timely updates
  • Provide basic support to clients and instructors (e.g., tech check-ins, live session support, FAQs)
  • Assist with monitoring class attendance and flagging any issues or trends
  • Help gather and organize feedback from members to improve class offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classes
  • Maintain accurate records and help ensure consistent program delivery
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in wellness programming, admin coordination, virtual event management, or community support
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and digital scheduling tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus Points: Experience working at a health tech or wellness startup
  • Background in virtual wellness delivery or e-learning company
  • Familiarity with wellness programming tools and virtual event logistics
