What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for oncology services within the portfolio
- Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessments to guide investment decisions
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for services
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to anticipate market shifts
- Track product performance against KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science discipline; PhD in oncology, pharmacology, or related field strongly preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategic marketing in a preclinical oncology CRO environment
- Strong understanding of in vivo models, CDX PDX, GEMM, and 3D in vitro models
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information into commercial value
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and popular marketing applications, including HubSpot
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project and product launch experience
- Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, ADCs, or related drug development services
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to influence others to achieve common goals
