What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for oncology services within the portfolio
  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity assessments to guide investment decisions
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for services
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to anticipate market shifts
  • Track product performance against KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science discipline; PhD in oncology, pharmacology, or related field strongly preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategic marketing in a preclinical oncology CRO environment
  • Strong understanding of in vivo models, CDX PDX, GEMM, and 3D in vitro models
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information into commercial value
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and popular marketing applications, including HubSpot
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Project and product launch experience
  • Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, ADCs, or related drug development services
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to influence others to achieve common goals
