About the team

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Monetization Product Partnerships Team and grow product partnerships that advance the efficacy of our Ads platform and drive business growth on TikTok.

The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next.

Partner Managers work closely with several internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner acceleration, and marketing to unlock new ways for building success on TikTok.

About the role

As a Partner Manager, you will focus on both existing and new partnerships centered around building product solutions that empower brands to invest in TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with partners in the Commerce, CRM, Lead Gen, and Business Messaging tech sectors.
  • Manage partnerships at their core, including driving partner product roadmap strategy, shared goal planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and proactively resolving business needs.
  • Lead complex integration projects with our partners and internal teams for scaling core TikTok Ads products, empowering brands to scale their business on TikTok.
  • Support GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies and partner co-marketing to accelerate activation of TikTok Ads products.
  • Drive close alignment across several internal and external teams, including product, sales, marketing, and strategy.
  • Explore and execute opportunities to evolve existing solutions to meet the needs of our customers, our business, and industry changes.
  • Represent TikTok with the utmost professionalism and ethical standards in all external meetings and negotiations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of client-facing experience in partnerships and business development.
  • 2 years of experience working with Commerce, CRM, Lead Gen, and Business Messaging technologies.
  • Experience owning and scaling projects in a fast-paced technical environment and as part of an international team.
  • Experience with performance marketing and a deep understanding of industry standards.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
  • Quantitative and analytical expertise.
  • You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • You thrive in an environment with evolving priorities and the opportunity to contribute to the roadmap.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese due to business need.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience client-facing experience in Partnerships and Business Development.
  • Experience dealing with native payment solutions and integrations a plus.
  • You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
  • Language: Intermediate / Proficient Spanish due to business need.
