Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status.
  • Inbound application grading for prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities.
  • Send follow-up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team.
  • Manage sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materials.
  • Track KPIs, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility.
  • Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization.
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequences.
  • Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments.
