Senior Business Analyst PositionWe are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in workforce management software implementation to support our clients.The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, project management, and technical skills to design and implement efficient solutions.Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and develop tailored solutions.Create detailed solution designs that align with client needs while leveraging standard software functionalities.Develop functional and technical documentation for client review and approval.Work closely with offshore technical teams to build solutions and address queries.Provide training and support to core users on the implemented solutions.Liaise with project managers to ensure timely delivery and meet client expectations.Required Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.Mandatory experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management.English proficiency (B2-C1).
