About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, data‑driven, and creative Marketing Operations Analyst to own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing initiatives at Bybit in Brazil.

You will play a key role in scaling marketing operations, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results across campaigns and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, set up, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Continuously iterate, improve, and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks.
  • Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels—Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators, and developers to ensure timely and high‑quality campaign delivery.
  • Lead quarterly planning for regional deliverables and team budgets; ensure efficient budget control and ROI optimization.
  • Coordinate and analyze A/B tests across strategies, cohorts, and channels to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights and analyses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee and improve translation quality for localized content (e.g., pt‑BR) across app, website, and marketing assets.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Project management skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, automation platforms, and performance measurement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience in crypto and/or fintechs is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience managing marketing efforts across multiple regions.
