Initial phase
BRL R$4,500 per month – Full-Time (8 hours per day)
Compensation will be reviewed based on performance, availability, and client needs.
Payment is made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (EST)
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (EST)
The role is expected to start part-time during the first weeks, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule.

This role provides ongoing operational support for one of our clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Schedule and Agenda Management: Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions.
Technician Dispatching: Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows.
Phone Systems Management: Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.
Advanced English Proficiency (C1 / C2): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports.
Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools): Comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role.
Stable Internet Connection: Reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions.
Availability & Commitment: Ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility to support client needs.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
