Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern customer environment and installation readiness processes, as well as user interface configuration and design. Keep up to speed on any changes to installation mechanisms or configuration across different versions of ARIC, advising the project team of any potential issues or concerns.
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer for our customers (e.g., how projects are delivered, what they need to prepare, ARIC product features, roadmap, best practices etc.) through workshops and meetings.
  • Provide input on unique features we can use to meet or mitigate against customer security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate for the customer when appropriate and raise gaps in requirements or expectations to the Project Manager, Product and/or Engineering in the form of Change Requests, feature requests, defect tickets etc.
  • Lead on customer systems integration and user acceptance testing phases, coordinating across the business to resolve and test defects while managing customer expectations.
  • Provide alternative approaches to solving difficult problems and confidently manage challenging situations.
  • Apply deep understanding of the industry, use cases and feature knowledge, proactively sharing information with team members to enable problem solving and remove project obstacles.
  • Be heavily involved in leading internal process improvement initiatives, proactively contributing to and managing knowledge bases. Routinely implement treatments, share knowledge, and enable delivery teams to deliver more efficiently and effectively.
  • Coach and develop team members, help with training and accreditation programmes and recruitment.
