Location

Remote (any US state) with up to 20% travel.

Here is some of your day
  • Hazard Identification & Risk Management: Identifies workplace hazards, recommends safety controls, manages high‑risk activities (equipment operations, demolition, electrical work, work at heights, crane work), and conducts regular compliance and risk assessments
  • Incident Response & Investigation: Conducts safety inspections, investigates incidents to determine corrective/preventive actions, follows up on Good Catches and safety observations to eliminate recurrence
  • Compliance & Standards Management: Ensures adherence to safety regulations and JLL HSSE standards, reviews/approves safety plans and work permits, ensures third‑party contractors meet safety requirements
  • Training & Program Development: Delivers health and safety training programs, develops project pre‑work planning review processes, reviews site‑specific safety plans, and builds strong safety culture across facilities
  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Compiles and analyzes HSSE data to identify trends, monitors performance metrics for account‑wide dashboards, and proactively identifies gaps to enhance existing programs
  • Audit Readiness & Documentation: Supports JLL's Client Assurance Program (JCAP) for HSSE auditing, maintains audit‑ready documentation, and ensures Safety Management Systems compliance
  • Environmental Support: Coordinates response to routine and emergency air quality/mold/environmental events and assists in development of client environmental permits
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with Project Managers, Facility Managers, Operations teams, client risk teams, regulatory agencies, and service partners to deliver comprehensive HSSE support
Here is who we are looking for
Required
  • 3+ years’ experience working with HSSE compliance and management systems within project delivery services
  • HSSE experience in construction safety management
  • A self‑starter that is motivated to make a difference and has strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office
  • Ability to collaborate with contractors to achieve mutual safety objectives
Preferred
  • GSP, ASP, working towards a CSP, CHMM, CIH, or other occupational health and safety certification
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or equivalent training

Pay $80,000–100,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Schedule Monday – Friday day shift

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position: 88,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
