Role overview

Run all the company's payroll routine, perform calculations and check charges to be collected, issue all reports related to payroll and admitted.

Key responsibilities
  • Registration of those admitted to the point, form, training system.
  • Temporary control, participation in meetings at the factory and other sectors.
  • Carry out calculations for employee terminations, verifying all legal aspects, referring them to a medical examination, issuing a notice letter, communicating the best termination date to the Manager, explaining the termination fees to former employees and approving them together with the DRT or Union when necessary.
  • Carry out annual routines (DIRF, RAIS, PLR, Income Report, Advance of 13th and 13th Salaries).
  • Prepare and submit a monthly employee cost report "In house".
  • Elaborate with the managers the permanence of the positions of the employees.
  • Issue a monthly report on the ISO quality indicators regarding absenteeism.
  • Issue monthly management reports, containing shifts, overtime, salary changes, turnover (monthly and annual) admitted and dismissed for the month and control of personnel expenses.
  • Carry out the fortnightly advance calculation and prepare monthly payrolls, verifying that all employees hired and dismissed have been registered, generating all entries necessary for processing.
  • Perform other related tasks for which your manager is responsible.
  • Includes employee benefits, Health Plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher.
  • Insert all the data of those admitted into the system, including the issuance of all documents related to admission, CAGED.
  • Importation of files and processes from the Employee Point, issuing a report of discrepancies and, after issuing, issuing the Point Mirror and collecting the employee's signature.
  • Process social charges (FGTS, INSS, Union Contribution, Assistance Contribution, Union Monthly Payment and Income Tax).
  • Process all payroll reports including paychecks for delivery to employees who do not have access to the system.
  • Responsible for sending invoices to the company's tax and finance departments.
