Responsibilities
  • Facilitate benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes as needed for a Dedicated Client
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and client team members to resolve health insurance related matters
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from employer contacts and employees, ensuring prompt responses
  • Maintain accurate records and track communications in the employer's System of Record
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, insurance, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in multi-channel employee communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA and HIPAA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and eligibility measurement systems
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers and benefit plan design
  • Experience with analytical skills for auditing and discrepancy resolution
  • Customer service experience with a strong orientation towards internal and external client support
