What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own the product strategy and execution across Admin & IAM, Enterprise Security, and Customer Insights
• Personally lead product discovery and definition for complex, high‑impact enterprise initiatives
• Act as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for cross‑domain efforts requiring coordination across multiple areas
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to validate needs and inform prioritization
• Mentor and support a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of customer trust and secure‑by‑design thinking

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated leadership across multiple teams or product areas
• Strong experience in building enterprise SaaS products, particularly in admin, security, IAM, or analytics domains
• Deep understanding of enterprise needs around security, compliance, and governance
• Proven ability to balance usability with control and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear product direction
