Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the Tissue market in Brazil, according to the defined “Route Map.” This role requires close collaboration with commercial and technical teams to increase sales, improve product portfolio, and ensure compliance with Archroma’s sustainability policies and local legislation.
Develop new business opportunities in the Tissue market.
Collaborate with the commercial team to increase sales, volume, and gross profit.
Work with the technical team to develop new products and applications.
Identify new market opportunities and drive portfolio improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Archroma’s sustainability policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Provide technical and commercial support to achieve growth targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in the Tissue market.
Professional certification (Engineer or Chemist) preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
Organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines.
Basic English for process reading (advanced English is a plus).
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity and adaptability to solve problems and present new ideas.
