We are looking for a Domain Architect Data Analytics and AI, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / remote, in the city of Belo Horizonte - MG.

In this role you will :

The Domain Architect – Data Analytics and AI is responsible for defining and guiding the architecture of Brazil and Canada’s data and artificial intelligence ecosystems, enabling the extraction of strategic insights from large volumes of operational and corporate data. He will work strategically in the design and governance of advanced analytics, machine learning, deep learning, predictive models, cognitive automation, and scalable data platforms.

This professional will work closely with data engineering, data science, operations, IT, and business teams, ensuring that data platforms are architected to support efficiency, security, scalability, regulatory compliance and continuous innovation in mining and energy.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and evolve data and AI architectures, including data lake design, data warehouses, machine learning platforms, data pipelines, orchestration, and governance.
• Design solutions for data ingestion, storage, processing, analysis and visualization in highly complex environments, integrating multiple data sources (IoT, industrial sensing, ERP, cloud).
• Lead initiatives to implement advanced analytical models, cognitive automation, explainable artificial intelligence, and machine / deep learning platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA) and data security, including in the cloud, by applying best governance practices.
• Work together with multidisciplinary teams on digital transformation projects, providing architectural and technical expertise for strategic use of data.
• Produce detailed documentation, architectural plans, policies, and technical standards that promote scalability, reuse, and efficient governance.
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance analytics ecosystems, including AI frameworks, AI Ops, cloud platforms, and big data.
• Foster data culture, technical capacity building and best practices through training, workshops and mentoring.
• Participate in technical forums and communities to keep the architecture aligned with global trends and business needs.

Requirements and Competencies

Essential Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Higher education in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science or related areas.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in data architecture, analytics and artificial intelligence in multinational companies or industrial / mining sector.
• Expertise em frameworks e ferramentas de dados e IA : Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform.
• Deep knowledge in design and administration of data lakes, data warehouses, streams, NoSQL databases, Lambda / Kappa architectures.
• Experience in creating and managing data pipelines, data governance, data quality, automation and CI / CD for AI models.
• Solid knowledge in data security, privacy, regulatory compliance (LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA).
• Fluent English for technical and strategic communication; advanced Portuguese for Brazil‑Canada integration.

• Participation in global technical programs and communities, international publications or presentations.
