Job Title : DevOps Engineer Location : São Paulo,

(Hybrid) Employment Type : Full-time Duration : 1-year About the Role We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines supporting enterprise retail applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Azure , containerization (AKS / Kubernetes) , and infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM, Ansible) , as well as a solid understanding of modern DevOps and SRE practices.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

Architect, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for retail applications.

Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.

Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure , integrations, and environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform , ARM templates , and scripting tools ( PowerShell, Bash, Python ).

Implement observability and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor and Grafana .

Support incident, problem, and change management processes .

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing .

Ensure cloud security best practices , including identity management, network security, and vulnerability management.

Troubleshoot networking, database, and containerization issues as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in technology, with a strong focus on DevOps and cloud engineering .

Proven expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure , including VMs, load balancers, databases, networking, and security.

Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).

Strong automation experience with Terraform , ARM , and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).

Experience with CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) , Jenkins, or GitLab.

Solid SQL and relational database knowledge (MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, or similar BI tools).

Strong programming / scripting experience in Python , PowerShell , Bash , or an object‑oriented language (C#, Java).

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of SRE practices and ITIL-based service delivery.
