The role involves building dashboards and identifying trends in customer behavior to support leadership. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL and Excel skills, and preferably e-commerce experience. Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a business partner, not just a report builder.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards & projection tools such as sales, marketing, inventory, etc.
• Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior
• Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with dashboards & KPIs
• Exeprience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.
• Ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating insights in English
• Bonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
