A scaling e-commerce brand is seeking a Data Analyst to build dashboards and provide insights. You will use your SQL and AI automation experience to analyze conversion and retention trends while directly interfacing with leadership. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to grow with the company in a collaborative team culture that values data-driven decisions. An ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and prefers e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights to leadership.
• Experience in E-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses preferred.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a business partner, not just a report builder.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards & projection tools such as sales, marketing, inventory, etc.
• Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior
• Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with dashboards & KPIs
• Exeprience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.
• Ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating insights in English
• Bonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
