What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealerships, ensuring client satisfaction and success
  • Assist clients in defining their strategy around the employer's solutions and maximize product utilization
  • Identify and nurture additional revenue opportunities in partnership with the sales team
  • Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to drive growth within the client’s organization
  • Maintain relationships with dealership management and assess risk factors to ensure continued success
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client services, marketing, or sales, preferably in B2B or account management
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Knowledge of automotive industry operations and familiarity with the employer's applications
  • Proven ability to handle high-stress interactions and de-escalate situations with empathy
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 75%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of retail automotive experience
  • Familiarity with the employer's organizational structure, solutions, and service models
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and customer experience (CX) tools
  • Some knowledge of dealership workflows and operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
