Cloud Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Financial Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' Oracle Cloud Financial Modules. Your primary focus will be on issue resolution and fix, collaborating with users to understand the issue, and working with Oracle's Service Request team.

You will also work closely with our Global Support team in India to ensure smooth issue resolution. In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders at all levels.

You will have experience in cloud implementations and support, as well as hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).

Your knowledge of Brazil‑related localization in Oracle Cloud is also essential. Able to work independently with customers, an agile way of working, and strong problem‑solving skills are required for this role.

You must have a broad experience in cloud implementations & support and senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities.
