In this role, you will scout suppliers and manage negotiations to secure optimal project delivery. Candidates should have at least 5 years of purchasing experience, a related university degree, and fluent English skills. Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation experience in a supplier/customer relationship.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach and multicultural experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Group Truck Purchasing is looking for Senior Electrical Buyer, in Curitiba, Brazil, within our Vehicle and Uptime team in LATAM.

You will have near colleagues working spread across the world and work in different networks, teams and groups.

You will be part of the Vehicle Uptime team, daily work in a dynamic and integrated team.

Vehicle & Uptime team and aim at building strong purchasing synergies amongst the various Purchasing organizations of Volvo Group.

This is your mission

You will be leading the purchasing activities (related to Electrical wiring parts) on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction.

That means that you will secure delivery of the projects you will lead within more challenging planning than regular production vehicle project; scout and seek for the best suppliers plus bring creative and innovative solutions.

You will have the challenge, source and create the ad hoc supplier base .

You will also lead the negotiations and in order to secure the best QDCF-TSR performance and perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers.
