Responsibilities
  • Responsável pelo lançamento de pedidos no sistema;
  • Follow‑up de pedidos com inconsistências;
  • Suporte ao cliente e colaboradores;
  • Abertura de listas de separação de ordens liberadas;
  • Negociação com cliente em questões logísticas do pedido;
  • Acompanhamento e atualização das datas de entrega dos pedidos dos clientes no sistema, mediante previsões das importações;
  • Lançamento diário dos pedidos dos clientes no sistema;
  • Fazer acompanhamento diário dos materiais aguardados das importações e atualizar as datas de entrega previstas das Ordens de Venda;
  • Abrir listas de separação;
  • Negociar possíveis antecipações ou atrasos com os clientes que possam ocorrer na entrega;
  • Coleta dos pedidos de portal de compras;
  • Responder ao follow‑up de clientes sobre os pedidos;
  • Realizar follow‑up dos pedidos pendentes;
  • Dar suporte aos clientes dentro de sua área de atuação;
  • Dar suporte aos vendedores dentro de sua área de atuação;
  • Dar treinamento e suporte a novos colaboradores da área;
  • Cumprir as normas e procedimentos ISO 9001, 14000 e EHS conforme treinamentos aplicados periodicamente.

  • Ser pró‑ativo para coletar todas as informações com as áreas envolvidas para dar suporte aos vendedores e clientes;

Salary

This position offers a salary range of (BRL3,000.00 – 3,168.00 Salaried). Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed.
