What you'll do

As part of the Global Collaboration Solutions team, we are seeking an innovative and business-oriented AI & Automation Specialist. In this key role, you will shape and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft Low Code platform (including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies). You will guide the business in identifying, developing, and scaling AI low code agents and automation to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and unlock new business value.

In detail, you will

• Engage with users and stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and low code solutions can address business challenges and drive value. Maintain a user‑centric approach to solution design and adoption.
• Lead the discovery, development, and deployment of AI agents and automation leveraging Microsoft Low Code technologies. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for AI‑driven automation within the Microsoft Low Code ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI agent solutions, ensuring alignment with technology trends and business objectives.
• Manage the lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to retirement, including continuous improvement based on user feedback and analytics.
• Define the needed governance and control structure for scaling low code AI & Automation in an enterprise environment.
• Develop and execute an internal communication and change management strategy to drive awareness and adoption of AI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other relevant vendors to maximize the value of AI and low code investments.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with IT security frameworks, data privacy regulations, and corporate governance requirements, working closely with IT security teams and suppliers.
• Define and evolve the operating model for AI agent lifecycle management: from ideation and design to deployment, monitoring, and retirement.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong skills in automation technologies, AI/ML fundamentals, and cloud platforms
• Microsoft Power Platform Expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse)
• Experience building conversational AI agents and knowledge of topics, triggers, entities, and integration with backend systems
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, custom connectors, and external data sources
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (especially within Microsoft 365/Azure environments)
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., business analysts, IT, and end users).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Fluent English

Where you'll be

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
