A leading technology company in São Paulo seeks a Recruitment Specialist for its social app business unit. You will be responsible for recruiting agency hosts, aiming for 200-300 new hosts each month. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Portuguese, have at least one year of experience in social app management or agency recruitment, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates should also enjoy engaging with voice social apps and be reliable and goal-oriented.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Familiar with various features and gameplay of social apps.
• Reliable, loyal, and goal-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting at least 200-300 hosts per month.
• Assist in translating events and product features from English to Portuguese.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.

• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
