A leading social app company in Betim, Brazil, is looking for a recruiter to support the SOYO business unit. Responsibilities include recruiting agencies and hosts, assisting in translations, and utilizing strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Portuguese, experienced in social app management, and possess a sales-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Enjoy using voice social apps and familiar with their features and gameplay.
• Reliable, loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit agencies and hosts (200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in translating events and product features (English to Portuguese).

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).
