Role: Reformer Pilates & Fitness Coach

Location: One of Dubais most iconic 5-star lifestyle destinations in Business Bay
Employer: Luxury hospitality & wellness brand internationally recognized for premium guest experiences
Facilities: State-of-the-art Pilates studio part of an upscale recreation and spa department
Reporting to: SPA & Recreation Manager / Pilates & Fitness Supervisor

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer)
• Luxury fitness/hospitality background preferred
• Strong personality excellent communication and ability to inspire
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises safely
• Willing to work flexible shifts and maintain high presentation standards

Commission Structure:

Group Classes (GX):

• Initial quota: 30 classes
• From the 31st class onwards: AED 200 per session
• Other classes (outside GX): AED 250 per session

Private Sessions:

• 120 sessions/month: 25% commission
• 2140 sessions/month: 35% commission
• 4160 sessions/month: 50% commission
• 61 sessions/month: 60% commission
• Per session rate: AED 350 to 450
