Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage department in a luxury setting.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Ensure stations are well stocked.
• Follow correct reporting procedures for issues.
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are consistently good.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
