Responsibilities
  • Attending traffic court hearings, documenting hearing minutes, enforcing court decisions, and forwarding adjudicated cases to the enforcement department.
  • Receiving and assigning the case to the competent court according to the status of the accused (detained, on bail) and the priority of the case or incident.
  • Contacting the competent authorities to ensure that detained defendants are brought to the specified hearing.
  • Contacting official authorities (police headquarters, forensic evidence, technical committee, detainees, other emirates, state hospitals).
  • Send the hearing schedule and deliver it to the police station before the hearing.
  • Call the parties to the cases under consideration.
  • Implement the decisions of the competent court and record them in the computer.
  • Prepare a daily list of cases that have been ruled on and send it to the joint file.
  • Partial review of files referred from the review (defendant detained on specific charges).
  • Prepare a monthly statistical report for the Chief Prosecutor (distribution of case types to the competent chambers).
  • Respond to requests from parties to the case as considered by the competent chamber (Prosecution Program).
  • Issuing release orders from the court, executing them, and sending them to the competent prosecutor for approval.
  • Issuing a court attendance order (police station, judicial announcement section).
