EEG Technician: Neurodiagnostic Expert in Abu Dhabi
Job summary
A reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified EEG Technician to perform electroencephalography procedures. The successful candidate will monitor patients and ensure accurate test results adhering to healthcare standards. Applicants should hold a diploma/Bachelor's in EEG Technology and a valid DOH license. A minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience is essential. This role involves working both independently and with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience in EEG or neurodiagnostic.
- Valid DOH (Abu Dhabi) License as an EEG Technician.
- Strong knowledge of EEG procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized EEG procedures as prescribed.
- Prepare patients for EEG studies and apply electrodes correctly.
- Monitor patients during EEG recordings and identify issues.
- Ensure accurate recording and documentation of EEG results.
- Maintain and calibrate EEG equipment.
