We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector - Site to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through on-site inspections and evaluations.

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in buildings projects
• Verify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plans
• Identify structural defects safety hazards and non-compliant work
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to address structural issues
• Review and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
• Utilize inspection equipment and tools to assess structural integrity
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
• Stay updated on local building codes and industry best practices
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8years of experience in structural inspection or related field with 3 years minimum consultancy experience.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations particularly in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Proficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologies
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using inspection equipment and tools
• Computer skills for report writing and data management
• Understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations in Abu Dhabi
