Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with TCS BaNCS application and ITIL framework. Strong technical knowledge including shell scripting, Jboss, and Oracle is essential. The role requires accommodating critical issues and extended working hours during incidents. Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.
