- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Fulfill guest orders effectively and organized.
- Work with the AFYA team to maintain excellent service standards.
- Assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments thoughtfully.
- Help guests and colleagues choose the perfect drink for each customer.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
- Listen empathetically to client queries/complaints and collaborate with colleagues or the Service Manager to find solutions.
