A leading architectural firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design developments for high-rise residential and hospitality projects. The role involves managing detailed documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Key Responsibilitiesh3>
- Design Development: Lead the development of detailed design solutions for high-rise residential and hospitality projects ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This includes refining initial concepts and integrating technical environmental and regulatory considerations.
- Construction Documentation: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents including detailed drawings schedules and specifications. Ensure accuracy clarity and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants such as structural mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure design integrity and seamless integration of all project components.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions address queries and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes zoning laws and other relevant regulations.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources including time budget and personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards of excellence and precision.
