A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for Super High-Rise Projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the UAE, with proven expertise in managing large-scale tower developments and a solid understanding of local construction regulations. Responsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring effective coordination with consultants, and overseeing projects from start to completion. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience in Super High-Rise Towers (45+ floors).
• Participation in at least 20 tower projects.
• Proven project management from foundation to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including contractors and authorities.
• Lead teams and oversee project delivery.

Construction Manager – Super High-Rise Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a newly launched mega development involving Super High‑Rise Towers.

Project Type

• Super High‑Rise Towers (45+ floors)
• Large‑scale mixed‑use developments
• Villas & wide‑area developments

Mandatory Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC
• Extensive experience in Super High‑Rise Towers (45+ floors)
• Must have participated in at least 20 tower projects
• Proven experience managing projects from foundation to handover
• Previous experience in villa developments
• Experience handling large plots and wide construction areas

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is preferred
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantage
• Any additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantage
