A healthcare organization in Dubai seeks a Stores Assistant responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, distributing them from the main store, and maintaining stock movement documents. Ideal candidates should be High School graduates with good command of English and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. The role entails performing regular stock counts and various administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of store management.
Receiving & inspecting all materials in the main stores.
Distribution of all materials from the main store against the indents from the Sub stores.
Preparing & maintaining all stock movement documents.
Taking physical stock and reporting the variation in the main store to the supervisor on monthly basis.
Responsible for filing, faxing and photocopy.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.

Conduct physical stock counts and report any variations in the main store to the supervisor on a monthly basis.
Responsible for filing, faxing, and photocopying as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head of the Department (HOD).
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
