We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the elevator and escalator industry, responsible for leading the elevator sales functions by developing sales strategies, managing the sales teams and driving revenue growth. This leadership role requires a balance of strategic thinking, market insight, and operational execution to ensure the company’s products (elevators and related solutions) gain strong market positioning. The role also involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, architects, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in new construction, modernization, and service markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery
  • Handle communication with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and product inquiries.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Management degree is an added advantage
  • 5–8 years of UAE experience in sales experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of elevator products, modernization solutions, and service agreements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
