A technology services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to drive cloud adoption and expand their Microsoft solutions offerings. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of B2B IT sales experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing. Responsibilities include developing new business, managing customer accounts, and exceeding sales targets. This role is pivotal in contributing to regional revenue growth within a dynamic sales environment.

We're Hiring Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services)

Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? We're looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Target Market: UAE

What You'll Do:
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration support, helpdesk, security).
  • Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.
  • Manage customer accounts ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5 years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
  • Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
