Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our agro-trading business across assigned territories. The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of agricultural markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, traders, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand IAG’s presence in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in agro trading, agri-inputs, or commodities sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in regional/international markets.
  • Strong network in agricultural communities and trading ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
