Job summary

A dynamic sales company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Manager for lighting solutions. The role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, managing client relationships, and coordinating with manufacturers. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market, and possess a valid UAE driving license. The position requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, with an immediate joining date.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new clients, generate enquiries, follow up, and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for smooth communication and technical support.
  • Handle vendor registration with government entities.
  • Estimate project costs and prepare cost summaries.
  • Develop competitive and timely pricing strategies.
  • Select products in compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
  • Oversee project negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
